Our Story

Strength Therapy Physio & Performance is a culmination of almost 10 years of thoughts, dreams, education, action and finally realisation!

Martin growing up in Echuca and Bree, a local from Nicholson, met in Melbourne while studying Exercise Science and Physio degrees respectively. Martin and Bree have known each other for 13 years and been inseparable for the last 9 years. Now with two beautiful daughters they have made East Gippsland home.

Over the years, through education and experience in work and life, we have nurtured and developed a broad knowledge base. This has allowed us to successfully treat clients from all walks of life and help them achieve goals they thought may never be possible.

We are passionate, won’t hold back and do what we say we will do.
