Classes
As a multi-disciplined business we offer a variety of classes to suit many fitness, strength and health levels. See below the description of each class on offer and our timetable.
STRENGTH THERAPY CIRCUIT
The basics done right!
This class targets people returning to exercise from injury, extended time off or starting exercise for the very first time. It involves functional, foundation movements which cover the whole body. Each session is lead by a physiotherapist, so if you have an injury, any exercise can be modified and we ensure you’re guided on how to complete them properly.
Set up as a circuit, each station is 1min in length, with the aim to complete as many reps as they are capable of within the time.
STRENGTH WOD
If you are after strength, speed or muscular development this class is for you. Our sessions are programmed, technique focused and fun. Weight lifting, accessories, functional weights and expect to have a little cardio & gymnastics thrown in too. All ability levels welcome, beginner to elite, all we ask is you bring your camaraderie!
ROM WOD
A Range of Motion workout to loosen the tightest of bodies!
Extend your reach, improve your mental game and unwind with this stretching and mobility focused class. Perfect for everyone.
In person or on Zoom!
All classes will be Outdoors during Step 3 COVID-19 restrictions, with the option to join via zoom for 6am and ROM WOD classes.
